Flocculator has been specially designed for use in water treatment plants to correctly estimate the dosing of alum and such other coagulants for treatment of water and sewage. In provides identical test conditions for all samples. Illumination base consists of fluorescent tube mounted below translucent plastic plate to provide diffused cold light thought floc samples. Flocculator consist of heavy duty DC DRIVEN variable speed motor heaving speed from 20 to 180 RPM with built in speed control. Stainless steel stirring rods are provided with adjustable spacers to adjust the depth of stirring paddles. The stirring shaft can be removed without disturbing other stirrers. This unit is supplied without beakers to work on 220 volts A.C.

"ICON" Vacuum Pump are mounted on a heavy steel base plate and have a wide range of oil sealed pumps. Fitted with heavy duty electric motor. All pumps are V-Belt driven at a speed of 400 RPM. Pumps are fabricated out of high grade cast iron and worked on sophisticated machines to give accuracy in microns, thus leading to very high sustained vacuum. Supplied in single stage or double stage models. As a safety device all "ICON" vacuum pumps are fitted with belt guard as a standard feature. To work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply.

It is a double stage pump to create vacuum through a diaphragm, where continues operations are required without the fear of sample contaminations through oil vapours where even a slightest environment contamination through oil must is forbidden. To work on 220/230 volts A.C.

Consists of S.S. Holders in manifold of 3 or 6 holders for 47 m.m. Dia membrane filters. The tops of the holders are connected to the outlets of the flushing tube with silicone tubing and glass stop cock. A vacuum resistant flask or woulfs bottle must be placed between the manifold and vacuum pump. (Supplied without woulfs bottle and vacuum /pressure pump.). These units are used for sterility testing when the membrane filter is to be removed from the holder for incubation in culture media. Filteration areas is 12.5cm and has a holding capacity of 250ml. through only vacuum is required for filteration, some pressure is required for flushing liquids.

It withstands high temperature up to 3500C. The body of the mantle is spun one piece from non-rusting Aluminium (upto 5.0 ltrscapacity)duly stoving painted. All heating mantles are lagged with special grade mineral wool. To work 220/230 volts. A.C.

It has compact stirring device utilizing a rotating magnetic field (created by a PERMANENT MAGNET) which induces variable speed stirring action. Stirring is accomplished by means of small Teflon rotor, which when placed in the liquid to be stirred is capable on rotation by magnetic field applied from below the container. The unit is fitted with pilot lamp. To work on 220/230 volts A.C. supplied complete with one stirring Teflon bar.
